Land
Choosing your land is the first important step. If you have not already done this, we’re happy to offer obligation free advice on the block selection process, in order to avoid difficult blocks & build complications.
If you have already purchased land – prior to meeting up we take the time to assess your land. This will determine the best approach to your project & help us to work out the optimum use of your block. We are happy to realise the potential in narrow, odd shaped, subdivided & challenging blocks.
Complimentary Consultations & Design Brief – No Pressure Sales
Initial consultation to discuss your new home & site & provide an overview of our services. We gather information on your ideas, style & functionality to explore all the practical aspects required. This may take one meeting or several, varying with individual requirements.
Initial Design & Quote
Once we are familiar with your brief, we work towards establishing a realistic budget & provide a construction estimate. Unlike many other Builders, standard siteworks & coastal conditions (if applicable) are always included in our pricing. If you are happy with our proposal, we progress to the next stage, a Preliminary Plans Agreement.
Plans & Inclusions
The concept design is created & presented for your approval. The level of finish & inclusions will be discussed in depth & any plan changes will be made. This process can involve a number of meetings in order to achieve the required outcome.
Final Cost
The construction cost is presented to you along with our detailed specification, to ensure there are no hidden surprises.

Contract Signing
We meet up to sign an Housing Industry Association (HIA) Building Contract & all the relevant documentation. We are then ready to begin the construction phase.
